I was born in Minot, ND. December 26, 1928, grew up in Towner and Rugby ND, and graduated from Rugby High School in 1946. After high school I joined the army and spent 18 months in Korea. I attended the University of North Dakota from 1948-1953, graduating with a BS in Medical Tech.

13 years at UND in Public Health Laboratory and Blood Bank.
1 year full time and 15 years part time at the Deaconess Hospital.
26 years as laboratory manager of the Grand Forks Clinic.
Retired in March 1991.

Organizations I've belonged to include: DAV, VFW, American Legion, Elks, Eagles, Jaycees, Wood Carvers, G.F. Coin Club, and G.F. Stamp Club.
