Dakota's own Districts
4 - Norwegian family camp in Bottineau,
ND (area
guide), has been established at the Metigoshe
Retreat Center. Activities for ages 8 and up will include language
classes, cultural classes, folk dancing, ethnic cooking, rosemaling,
hardanger embroidery, knitting and soap carving. Activities for ages
14 and up will also include figure carving and chip carving. Applications,
due May 1st, may be submitted to Glenn
Fontaine, Gordon
Bennett, or Sue
Ackre. |

Camp
fees:
- Fees
include instructional, meals, and accommodations. Costs for Camp
Trollfjorden are subsidized by donations from Sons of Norway lodges
and District IV
